Marshall Chapman - The Tall Girl Skinny

What a month! Highlights include Big Lonesome release party at the Bluebird Café in Nashville; my first red–carpet movie premiere experience;

book–release celebration at the Country Music Hall of Fame’s Ford Theater; being interviewed by Bob Edwards; performing with the Thacker Mountain Radio band in Oxford (MS); concerts at the Grand Theater in Frankfort (KY) and Hanes Auditorium in Winston-Salem; book signings at Lemuria in Jackson (MS), Turnrow in Greenwood (MS), Quail Ridge in Raleigh, and Davis-Kidd in Nashville; author luncheon in Greenville (SC); the party at Lee Smith’s house after my Hillsborough reading; and—last but not least—the sold–out benefit concert at the Chapman Cultural Center in my hometown! (Spartanburg, SC!)

Looking ahead, I’ll be in Louisville this Saturday (Dec. 4) for a 2pm in–store at Ear X–tacy, and a 9pm show at the Rudyard Kipling.

See you on the road!
